Become a Member

Estonian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce is the community, point of contact and the networking platform for Estonian and Chinese companies and organizations. We assist companies in doing business in China and Estonia. We promote business and commerce relations and cultural exchange.

Information for the Applicant

Your application will be reviewed by the Management Board of the Estonian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. We review applications on a weekly basis. You will be informed about acceptance or rejection of your application.

If you are representing social organization, non-profit association, educational institution, or foundation, please choose Organization as the membership type and type your organization’s name.

If you are a student, please choose Student as the membership type and type your educational institution’s name.

If you are not an Estonian or Chinese citizen or resident and not representing Estonian or Chinese company or organization, you can be a Supporter.

Why become a Member?

The Estonian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to achieving its mission of promoting cultural multilateral dialogues, trade, and business between Estonia and China through a variety of strategic initiatives and activities. By implementing these measures, the Chamber ensures that the interests of both countries are represented, and opportunities for collaboration are identified and pursued.

Network and events

The Chamber regularly organizes networking events, seminars, and conferences where businesses, investors, and professionals from both countries can interact, share ideas, and form partnerships. These events foster a deeper understanding of each other’s cultures, facilitating smoother business collaborations.

Trade missions and delegations

The Chamber coordinates trade missions to both Estonia and China, providing businesses and organizations with the opportunity to explore new markets, connect with potential partners, and gain firsthand knowledge of local business practices and regulations.

Cultural exchange programs

The Chamber promotes cultural exchanges through various programs, such as language courses, cultural workshops, and exhibitions. These initiatives help participants appreciate the unique aspects of each country’s culture, enhancing mutual understanding and fostering stronger relationships.

Information on membership types and fees

Startups and small companies

Startup or small company is a company with an annual turnover up to €300,000. All employees of the same company become Members and receive equal benefits. Each company has one vote.

Membership fee: €450

Application fee: €30

Medium-sized companies

Medium-sized company is a company with an annual turnover between €300,001 and €12,000,000. All employees of the same company become Members and receive equal benefits. Each company has one vote.

Membership fee: €800

Application fee: €30

Large enterprises

Large enterprise is a company with an annual turnover of €12,000,000 and more. All employees of the same company become Members and receive equal benefits. Each company has one vote.

Membership fee: €1,400

Application fee: €30

Organizations

Organization is a social organization, non-profit association, foundation, or educational institution. All employees of the same organization become Members and receive equal benefits. Each organization has one vote.

Application fee: €30

Individuals

Individual is a single person who is a professional or non-professional. Every individual receives equal benefits. Every individual has one vote.

Membership fee: €150

Students

Student is a person who has enrolled in a full-time program or full-time degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) program at an accredited educational institution in Estonia or China. Participants in an Executive MBA or certificate program, in short courses or in professional trainings for executives, are not considered as students and cannot apply for a student membership. Every student has one vote.
