Hiring: Association Assistant Manager

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Association Assistant Manager. This role is integral to our mission, where you will be in charge of assisting several associations in their day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination Management: Efficiently manage and streamline coordination among the associations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Membership Assistance: Actively assist in the growth and development of both individual and institutional memberships, ensuring members derive maximum value.
  • Stakeholder Meetings: Facilitate and organize meetings with stakeholders, ensuring their feedback and insights are effectively incorporated.
  • Event Organization: Take the lead in organizing events, including but not limited to online forums, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard.
  • Promotional Material Design: Assist in crafting compelling promotional materials that resonate with our mission and values.

Work Flexibility: This is a remote position, offering you the convenience to work from any location.

Employment Type: This is a full-time role or part-time role, or paid internship.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command over English (both written and spoken) and a strong proficiency in Estonian.
  • Relevant working experience in a similar or related role (for internship: relevant educational background or studying related field).
  • A deep interest or proven track record in cultural communication and cultural exchanges.
